The last word

We're sure you will agree with us that Nurturing Potential continues to get better, both in content and in style.  But then, if we were unable to nurture our own potential for improvement, we would be unlikely to convince others that we have anything useful, interesting, or valuable to offer.

This has been the last of the completely free-of-charge issues and, in common with the previous two issues, will remain available to readers, both new and those who wish to re-read or refresh their memories.

The cost of subscribing to future issues is extremely moderate.  It is our intention to continue making certain parts of the online version freely available.  These will include the editorial, possibly the leading article - or at least part of it - and any sections or part of them that will convey a flavour of that issue to readers and stimulate an interest in subscribing to the magazine.  The entire online issue will be accessible by means of a key [password], for which we propose an annual subscription of five pounds (5.00).  This will cover the subscriber for a total of six issues.

The three issues annually of the paper edition will carry a subscription rate (inclusive of UK inland postage) of eight pounds (8.00).  A subscription of ten pounds (10.00) will entitle the subscriber to not only the paper edition for one year, but access to the online edition for the same period of time.

We hope, at some future stage, to be able to implement credit card facilities for online (or postal) purchase of subscriptions, but until that has been done, we regret that we can only accept payment by UK cheque or International Money Order.  Please send details of your name, full postal address, telephone number, and email address to Container Marketing Ltd at the address shown on the Home Page of this online magazine.  Cheques and money orders should be made payable to either Container Marketing Ltd. or to ASPEN.

Our next issue will continue the main theme of Understanding Ourselves and Others, in which connection we will be introducing you to some further models and theories, including Maslow's Self Actualization, Assagioli's Psychosynthesis, Transpersonal Psychology, Emotional Intelligence, Co-Counselling, and Reversal Theory.

And for future issues we are considering the following for major theme treatment:

Action Profiling - its growth and development and its application to team-building and nurturing potential for growth by profiling individual strengths and weaknesses.

Nurturing Ecological Potential - how the environment - general, personal, and domestic - may be preserved and enhanced.

Potions, Nostrums and Ancient Remedies and their potential for health in the modern world.  We will be examining such products as Kefir and Colloidal Silver.

Bridging Cultural Differences - Class, Religion, Ethnicity, Education - the status quo versus innovation, as applied in our personal and professional aspirations.

Only Connect.  Networks and networking and their potential for self- and group-development.

Groups and Groupwork.  Encounter groups, Gestalt group process, the large group experience, establishing boundaries, working with organisations and teams.
