Main Theme: UNDERSTANDING PERSONALITY - How we relate to ourselves and others - an introduction to several models - and a critical look at personality assessment.
Understanding personality can help us communicate and interact with others. If we are able to establish why people act and think as they do, and why they behave differently, we are better able to harness those differences. This can be of real value in such areas as team formation, personal growth, and physical and mental health.
